We don't sell placement
Most job boards will happily sell you the top of the page. We won't, because it makes the board worse for the people using it. What we offer is a large, serious cannabis workforce and a direct line to them.
This page used to advertise an affiliate programme that never existed. It does not exist now either. Here is what we do offer instead.
How we handle partners
These are rules, not preferences. They apply to every business we work with, including our own.
No paid placements
We do not sell rankings. A listing appears in search results because it matches what someone is looking for, not because someone paid for position.
No affiliate review articles
We do not publish "best of" roundups written for a commission. The only time we name a product is when we built it.
Direct relationships
The people most in need of cannabis workers are often the least visible online. We would rather build a direct relationship than launder it through a link.
Ways to work together
Post roles
Reach candidates actively looking for work in cultivation, retail, processing, extraction, and compliance. Standard listings are free.
Employer account
Manage multiple listings, review applicants, and track how your roles perform — from one dashboard.
Reach candidates directly
Tell us what you are hiring for and we will point you at the specific channels where that workforce actually is.
Work with us
If you are building tooling for this industry — compliance, traceability, operations — we are always interested in talking.
If you need paid reach, we'd rather tell you the truth
We do not currently sell advertising or sponsored content. If that changes, this page will say so, and it will say what it costs. What we will never do is let a paid relationship quietly influence what our blog recommends.
- Every blog post is written by us, from public regulatory data or first-party code.
- We never accept money in exchange for a ranking, a review, or a mention.
- If we ever build or use a product, we will say we built it.
- If a recommendation is wrong, tell us and we will correct it in public.
